BODY TRIP offerings
I am offering short version of the kinds of voyage-oriented bodywork sessions I like to call Body Trips. Through my touch, I incorporate my philosophy of conscious, present touch with various bodywork modalities to give a sense of being deeply listened and responded to. This opens a space in which the receiver can experience themselves differently and hopefully become more in tune with the whispered messages from their own inner space. Receivers can be as clothed or unclothed as they are comfortable with.

Clients can choose between four kinds of focused treatment: 1) Dan Tien release - deep stomach massage; 2) Heaven & Earth - focusing on head, neck, face and head then feet; 3) Flying - release control through extremely slow manipulations of arms and legs; 4) Classic back melt - releasing tension from neck to sacrum.

CONSCIOUS TOUCH WORKSHOP
We touch all the time, and we're apparently conscious when we do so - what is there then to learn about touching consciously? In fact, we tend to live mostly on automatic, and when we bring that into our intimate lives, we miss out on so many of the riches our bodies have to offer us. This is a half theory/half practical, paired workshop (ideally, show up with a partner!) that will not teach techniques but instead how to redefine what touch can mean in our lives, how to sensitise ourselves to what it really means to touch another's body. When we learn to use our hands as the instruments of listening and responding, our intimate lives unfold limitlessly into the mysteries of deep connection.
