SHIFTING ROLES... (for fun & revolution)

22nd & 23rd of FEBRUARY 2025

What is the impact of our spoken or unspoken,

chosen or suffered,

free or compelled

ROLES?

What do we accept, identify with, or rebel against in our lives?

How embodying a certain character influence and determine the way we behave, and how we relate to one an other and to ourselves?

The role we play can hold a significant power, motivate our moods, shape our behaviors, defining our interactions and establishing our sense of self and our identity.

Sometimes we accept roles because they feel familiar, expected, or simply comfortable; other times, we rebel against them because we feel restricted or inauthentic. When we feel in control and comfortable embodying certain roles, we might even start to believe that the charactheristics that come with those roles are “natural” to us or very luckily well-suited to our “personality“ and we might even convince ourself that this is who we really are, different from others...

But what happens if we consciously subvert and play around with roles, turning them upside down, to question their existence and reshape our experience of life?

And if we start to enjoy to switch and to discover how does it feel to be into the skins of others?

By playing with and shifting roles, we create new possibilities: with fantasy and irony, in playful or provocative ways, we will learn to be others, and might reveal new ways to be ourselves or to be together...

Without fear of judgment, with freedom and self-expression,

As if cats could chase dogs, submissives tame dominants and girls fucking boys ?!
