NUDE PICS MANIA :

Matilde is accustomed to randomly sending "NudesSelfy" of herself to her friends! ... And after a while, most of us try to respond with “NudeSelfy” of ourselves. When you do it for the first time, you realize that it's not such an easy task. Besides holding the phone, which is already quite uncomfortable ( I am personally obsessed with trying to find very complicated ways to hide it), you also have to find the right angle, search for the light...

And very quickly, you get confronted with many judgmental self-beliefs and false ideas you hold about your image and your body: there are parts you like, and others you dislike (and on which you might have been focusing your attention for ages).

... And you also remember horrible comments, some kids, or family members made, when you were too young to properly defend yourself... And many emotions involving frustration, shame, and dissatisfaction arise.

But Matilde really enjoys taking all kinds of selfies, and the process of claiming her body and exposing it to her friends, makes her feel powerful. She enjoys herself and makes her life (and other people's lives) better...

In this workshop, we will share the conditioning and limiting beliefs, along with some of the dark shadows we have endured during our upbringing, such as beauty standards, gender stereotypes, and other nonsense that has prevented us from loving, caring, and enjoying our own bodies as they are.

And we will learn to enjoy and experiment with taking selfies and pictures of ourselves, challenging the views we have and uplifting each other in the process, seeking fun, pleasure, goofiness, awkwardness, and much more...

This workshop is open to everybody, from Nude Newbies to Experienced Exhibitionists.

Together, we will co-create a space for individual and collective self-empowerment & self care.

EVERYBODY WILL HAVE ABSOLUTE CONTROL ON THEIR OWN SELFY (OBVIOUSLY)

AND YOUR SELFY IS ONLY TAKEN FOR YOU TO USE IT & ON YOUR PHONE.
