INTIMATE VOCAL JOURNEY

with Elisabetta Lanfredini aka Rambling Voices

The body is made of sound.
Voice is our primary tool for creation and communication—so ethereal, yet deeply rooted, and sometimes hidden in our physicality. With grace and joy, we will step by step get closer to it, grounding the voice within our bodies, feeling resonances and vibrations, discovering the joy, pleasure, and profound power it holds. Leaving behind aesthetic constraints and stereotypical notions of vocal perfection, we will delve into a deep sound exploration, both personal and collective. Speaking, singing, growling, screaming, breathing loud—using
our voices without fear, with total openness to our own expressive needs,
where chaos, noise, and melodic sounds are all part of the same dimension
of creation. This is the space for a transformative and playful experience towards
freedom and creativity where the voice becomes a means to unlock energies, rediscover suppressed and hidden emotions, to love, to dare to speak, to cradle and be cradled.

The doors are open to all! Whether you're a vocal enthusiast, a bodyworker seeking to integrate voice into your practice, or simply someone on a quest for self-discovery, this
workshop invites you to join us on the journey. It’s an opportunity to sing in
harmony with others, to surrender to collective improvisation, and to deeply
enjoy the resonance of your own body.

various vocal expressions through movement and relaxation, including techniques
from Nada Yoga. We will move the first step toward listening to the group and
engaging in sound interaction.

Second Part:
Creative Somatic Resonances (3.30pm-6.30pm)
Collective improvisation will be our primary field of action. Here, self-listening and group listening come together. We celebrate our sounds in a magic ritual and connect with one another in harmonic, dissonant, sharp, daring, loving, playful gathering of our voices.
