On Belonging, Intimacy & Leading or Letting Go of Control

FRIDAY 18 - 22// ABOUT BELONGING

We will start our journey on friday, by questioning the concept of belonging, sharing memories and opening ourselves to whatever comes up concerning our childhood, our romantic relationships, and the intimate connections between our lives and the food we have prepared, while we share it with the group.

( Please bring some special food, prepared with love to share with the group)

SATURDAY:

12-16 ABOUT INTIMACY //

How can we reach intimacy with people we just meet ? And with a group?

What are we really looking for when in the relationship with other humain beings? We will question and explore topics as intimacy, attraction and the need for security, exploring different settings and ways to belong—whether to one person or a smaller group—in order to build “selective supportive families.” This will create a space where we can develop trust and relax into the feeling of being emotionally understood, and therefore, be ready to dare more, explore and experience freedom.

17 - 21 DARING TO ASK - READY TO GIVE & TO RECIEVE //

Are we able to express our needs, do we allow ourself to voice our cravings and do we dare to ask ? We will question and explore how to take care of ourself and how to support eachother,  finding resonance and rights balance between giving and recieving.

SUNDAY:

15-19 GIVING UP CONTROL or TAKING THE LEAD //

We will explore different roles, define the qualities to better embody them, and play to switch. Train how to give or take the lead, sourrender or take control.

This Creative Weekend is for you, if you are:

-If you like the challenge to join a group and connect with people from different cultures, brackgrounds, genders, identities, ages & develop together creative ways to support eachother, play & explore...

-If you are willing to question believe system and old dynamics, to create a more empathic space, more honest connections, playful and inspiring ways to be, to grow and to COME TOGETHER.

-If you feel that you don’t belong and may be, you got used to it and it’s not even such a big problem, any more.

-If you are open to find out how to share, without judgements in joy, freedom and trust.
 

-If you feel or wish to feel sexy, empowered and entitled of your own body.

-If you wish to be creative, try out new things and dare to question your behaviours to contribute to individual and collective emotional growth.

-If you feel the call to join and you don’t even know why.

-If you have taken part to Creative Morning or/& Creative Evenings or some other of my classes and the experiences had a powerful or inspiring effect in your life, and you wish to bring it further.

The Creative Weekend is a gender fluid space, where we welcome every kind of identity, gender, sexual orientation and level of experience.

We also welcome fantasy creatures and creative human-animals.

CREATIVE WEEKEND n.5 SPECIAL EDITION in IRLAND

Explore connection with self and others in the fullness of your creativity "In this Irish edition of the Creative Weekend.... I wish to recall our magical experience of the Creative Mornings classes and have more time to train in creative practices in an intimate and caring space where we learn that it's possible to be brave and vulnerable, to dare and explore personal and collective fantasies, and also to discover new ones...

CREATIVE WEEKEND n.4
For this 4th edition of the CREATIVE WEEKEND, I wish to research and explore the topic of self-care, empowering practices and rituals and to focus in training to establish healthy relationship with ourself and others.

We are going to share and reflect about our life experiences, observe our individual behaviours and recognize destructive patterns, unexpressed dreams, regrets, frustrations, romantic projections and self fulfilling prophecies.

My intention is to question our emotional needs and desires and understand how to equips ourself to support freedom, well being, and collective and self empowerment. Create together an intimate space were we can allow the exploration to go farther, without letting fear and ancient conditionings determinate our experiences.

I would prefer everybody to commit for the whole weekend but in case this is not possible, I will also let you join only for one day. (I enjoy to train flexibility, no matter what)

On Saturday, the celebration is going to be accessible to all the participants of the workshops (also from the previous editions) and you will be allow/encourage to invite your partners/lovers or very long term friends, and anyone you feel to share a deeper intimacy and that you  think it might be relevant and beneficial (and may be also scary) to include into your journey.

Even ex-partner, if you wish to be very brave.

We will train collective care and how to become good to ask for support and to feel free to take responsibility for our own needs and the one of or loved once.

Saturday celebration alone from 20 to 24 / Sliding Scale = 15€ - 25€

(only for previous participants of the Creative Mornings/weekend

or for partners/ lovers/ and close friends of the workshop participants) 

On Friday you are required to bring food, that is for some reasons, connected with one of your intimate relationships/ childhood & family memories or love stories (previous or current one)

We will start out journey by sharing memories of our lives while we eat together: telling stories about our childhood, romantic relationships or intimate connections that are somehow relate with the food we prepared and brought to share with the others. 

We will end the night with a ritualistic dance floor and massage ritual.

CREATIVE WEEKEND N.3

For this 3rd edition of the CREATIVE WEEKEND, I wish to focus our research and exploration on the topic of intimacy and relationships.

We are going to share and reflect about our life experiences, observe our individual behaviours and recognize patterns, dark sides, unavoidable dreams, regrets and frustrations, romantic projections and communicational flaws.

My intention is to question and understand the connection between our emotional needs and our sexual wishes, and retrace the differences emotions that we experience in our friendships and in our love affaires.

You are invited to take part with your partner/s or lover/s and even your ex-partner if you feel very brave.

CREATIVE WEEKEND N.2

For this 2nd version of the CREATIVE WEEKEND, my intention remain to create a space of freedom, where we can explore various creative practices, in an intimate and caring space: where it possible to be brave and vulnerable, to dare and to ask for support, to play out your own fantasies and discover new one.

We will share our memories from childhood and tell stories about or different upbringing and come together with our different desires and share them with no shame and judgement.

We will train to be together, inclusive, radical, creative and intimate.

You can join for one of the 3 days or dive deep during the whole journey according to your needs and wishes.

I want to share with you tools and techniques that you can use to create and support a challenging and inspiring space, where is possible to combine thoughts and actions, liberate bodies and minds, and experience an empathic, consensual, honest, playful and sex-positive collective, where everybody is encouraged to express themselves and is celebrated for that.

For this 1st version of the CREATIVE WEEKEND, I wish to recall our magical experience of the Creative Mornings classes, and have more time to go deeper, to train creative practices, in an intimate and caring space. Learn that it is possible to be brave and vulnerable, to dare and to ask for support, to play out personal and collective fantasies and also discover new one.

The weekend is open to everyone: I have the desire to bring together people with different backgrounds, tastes and experiences, with the intention to explore desires and share them free from shame and judgement. We will train to be together, inclusive, radical, creative and intimate.

I will share with you tools and techniques that you can use to create and support a challenging and inspiring space, where is possible to combine thoughts and actions, liberate bodies and minds, and experience an empathic, consensual, honest, playful and sex-positive collective, where everybody is encouraged to express themselves and is celebrated for that.

My intention is to support you in developing your own palette of magic skills, where you can surrender into trust and come together in Catharsis, Ecstasy and Oneness.
