Dance with someone, a partnered dance (swing, tango, blues, forró, etc...)?!

- You are scared / ashamed of your own body?
- You feel too self-conscious / need more self-confidence?
- Your partner doesn't want to dance with you? You haven't found a partner yet? You wanna find one this way?

Together we will explore :
*How to be grounded on earth, play with gravity, balanced around our own axis
*How to be centered and dance according to each of our bodies
*How to dance carefully (muscles, bones, breath) but expressively/emotionally!
*How to wire our brains directly to the MUSIC (rhythm, melody) and let the other parts of our bodies interpret it!
*How to dance with ANOTHER !
Then, if you feel like, you will be able to embark on a journey to *the magic universes of social dances* :)
WHO AM I?
Cecile, a (born and socialized as woman) queer hypersensitive and hyperemotional cosmic dancer, with 39 years of experience as a passionate mover... from ballet to martial art, swing to tango, I have developed a way to dance and to teach which is very PERSONAL and FREE.
Following the MUSIC (whatever the genre), our HEART... and a PARTNER when we got one :)
Lessons are open to every*body = of every gender, shape, origin, destination, orbit... and no one will be turned away for lack of terrestrial fund.
I welcome folx with social anxiety, BDD, and anyone on the neurodivergent spectrum.
